SOLAR CABLE EXTENSION, 1x6mm² BLACK 2m

Very high quality Solar Cable extension on a flexible single-core cable designed for photovoltaic installations, with a multi-strand copper core – stranded wire, insulated and sheathed in cross-linked halogen-free material; it features high environmental durability and resistance to the harmful effects of UV radiation as well as atmospheric conditions. Combined with an MC4-type connector with an IP rating of IP 68, it provides a stable and safe connection, and is also resistant to mechanical damage, ensuring a long service life.

Application: in PV installations, in connections between photovoltaic modules, between module strings and for connecting module arrays to the inverter; for wiring any type of photovoltaic system.

The extension cord can be used both indoors and outdoors, as well as directly underground. The expected service life is 25 years. Cable manufactured in accordance with the stringent European standard EN 50618 – only such cables are approved for use in PV installations for safety reasons. (only properly manufactured cables that have undergone long-term testing, hold certification from an accredited laboratory, and meet such demanding requirements qualify).

• meets the stringent requirements of standards PN-EN 50618 and PN-EN 60228, and also achieves a very high fire reaction class (only cables to standard EN 50618 bear the designation H1Z2Z2-K and comply with safety standards; therefore use only certified cables, which will protect you from damage to very expensive solar equipment)
