YKY installation cables are used for transmission of electrical energy, connecting generators to transformers and connecting electrical receivers. They can be used outdoors as well as indoors (in dry and humid locations), in households, power plants and in industry. Thanks to their sheath, YKY cables can be laid directly in the ground, in open air, cable ducts, distribution boards, concrete enclosures and local networks where there is no risk of mechanical damage.

Cables YKY are used for energy transmission to e.g. receivers located outside buildings, such as gate actuators, garden lighting, power supply to an outbuilding or garage.
