CEE Extension Cord with Energy Meter Protection Rating IP65 15m

The indicator features a 1-line LCD display enabling the display of total energy consumption. The meter will indicate with accuracy to hundredths of a kWh the electricity consumption in a three-phase system. Essential on construction sites, holiday cottages, campsites or in industrial warehouses, agricultural farms, powering construction sites, sawmills or during mass events. Allows for monitoring energy consumption of three-phase devices.

APPLICATION: for large heating installations, heating plates, emergency lighting, power tools such as drills, circular saws, electric motors, event equipment and audiovisual equipment, handling equipment, mobile power supplies, for various types of boom lifts. The Neoprene Cable H07RN-F 5G4 together with a high quality socket and PCE plug with a high Protection Rating IP67, allows for safe use of the extension cord in places where it is exposed to oils or greases, in harsh weather conditions, in dry and damp locations both indoors and outdoors. Meanwhile, the indicator installed in a Power Distribution Unit with a high IP Rating IP65 waterproofing, will allow for monitoring energy consumption.

The meter displays on an LCD screen the energy consumption in a 3-phase system. A special electronic circuit, under the influence of flowing current and applied voltage in each phase, generates pulses in a quantity proportional to the electrical energy consumed in that phase. The sum of pulses from three phases signalled by LED indicator flashing, is converted into consumed energy in the entire three-phase system. Its value is indicated by a segmented LCD display – digits after the decimal point denote hundredths of a kWh (0.01 kWh = 10 Wh).

The meter is installed in a HERMETICA RN 1×6 Power Distribution Unit with an IP Rating of IP65 (code: 2203-01) compliant with: PN-EN 62208:2011, PN-EN 60670-24:2013
